1. Physical Products
Customers in the UK may request a return within 30 days of receiving the product.
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Once we receive and inspect the product, we will issue a full refund or a replacement.
International orders (outside the UK) are non-refundable and non-returnable due to shipping constraints.
2. Digital Products (e.g., PDFs, Systems)
Partial refunds are available within 30 days of purchase.
Due to the nature of digital products, refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis to prevent misuse.
To request a refund, provide a reason for dissatisfaction, and we will assess eligibility.
3. Services (e.g., Website Creation, Hosting, Social Media Management, Advertising)
Partial refunds may be granted within 30 days of service initiation.
Refund amounts depend on the work completed and service duration used.
Once a service is fully delivered, refunds are not available.
